Where communication with an insurance company is necessary regarding Away Home's housing services, those communications are conducted in accordance with the service agreement selected by the client. When policy-specific advice or interpretation is requested, those services are provided separately by our licensed Michigan Resident Insurance Counselors pursuant to written Insurance Counselor Agreements.
